Liv wore tights for the first time.

On the Sunday of Memorial Day weekend, we went to a wedding in CT. It took us about 45 minutes to get there and Tor fell asleep right before we got to their house. I stayed in the car with him and Liv. The wedding was held in their backyard and Jack and Brian made it just in time. After about an hour I woke Tor up and then he and Jack played baseball with Daddy.

Saturday of Memorial day weekend we went upstate to visit Tante Nanny, Onkel Lynn, Grandma Jackie and Grandpa Noel. We had a great time. The kids had "adventures" in the woods behind their cabin and they feed some geese. They also found a lot of caterpillars and put them in bug houses Nanette had.

It was nice to visit with them. We had a cookout and then the boys roasted marshmallows in the fire pit. They actually had more fun roasting just the sticks. We didn't get home until 2:30 in the morning. We were able to stay there all day because Keisha came over and walked the dogs for us. That was great.

Jack and Tor stayed as far away as possible with their big sticks. They also roasted marshmellows for Mama. Onkel Lynn taught everyone to roast them next to the flame, not in or above the flame. Who knew? His were perfect everytime, we have to practice more.

This playset looks almost exactly like the one I had when I was a kid.

Tor loves rocking himself in rocking chairs, but he really hates being rocked in them. Jack, on the other hand, loves being rocked in rocking chairs. Since he was a baby Daddy used to rock him to sleep. Tor NEVER let Daddy rock him to sleep so it is funny that he loves rocking chairs now.

The kids had an adventure. Coming back from the lake the boys went over the river and through the woods to Grandmother's house. They were so excited they talked over each other trying to tell me what they did.

Jack picked them on his walk with his Grandma Jackie and his baby doll.

After all, she was the one who introduced us :).

Jack loves his babydoll. He walked around the cabin with Jackie pushing her in his stroller and he stopped several times to feed her a bottle and to burp her. He is a great big brother and he will be such a good Daddy one day.

Tante Nanny is comforting Liv with her knuckle, nothing works better (besides Mama).
