We hung out in a cabana by the pool on Friday, Brian's last day at AOL. He had several conference calls and even a meeting in the lobby but between all that he floated on a raft in the pool, went down the water slide 8 times and even played with the kids (meaning he did the first two all by himself and usually I have to plead with him to go in the water).

Karli, Nanette, Kailyn and Kenna came in the afternoon and hung out with us 'till about midnight. Brian went out with Gavin, Mike, Alex, Trey and Celly for a going away party that night and came back around 2am.

Saturday we ate lunch at Bahama Breeze one of our favorite Florida restaurants and then met up with Karli, Kailyn and Kenna at Sea World. The cousins had a blast together.

David, Kirby, Michael and Tim met us all at the pool for dinner and swimming. It rained when we got our food so we commandeered a cabana and then took over the hot tub! That night everyone headed out around midnight.

Sunday, Brian and I took the kids to Islands of Adventure. We met Spider-Man again and got another picture with him. It was too cute to pass up. We had a great time at the Marvel part and then went over to Dr. Suessland and rode some of the rides. Victor passed out in my arms and Brian got him into the stroller, so I read my book with Victor while Jack and Brian did the train ride. After that Jack chased love bugs (that is all he really wanted to do, we could have saved money on the parks and just done that) while Brian watched both kids and I fell asleep for about 15 minutes. Brian said I was even snoring :).

After my brief recharge, I took Jack to the water area for a while while Brian watched Tor and then we traded. Jack was careful not to get too wet. That was the last thing we did before leaving the park, but on the way back to the boat Victor woke up so we stopped at the kids water fountains to play and both kids got soaked. They had so much fun, we have great pictures.

We came back to the room and Jack took a much needed nap and then we went back to the pool where Cathy, Brad and B.J. met us with us. We had dinner at the pool again and made it back to our room about 10:30 or so, just in time to see A-rod hit the winning home run over the Red Sox.

Whew. Right now the boys are at breakfast while I am supposed to be packing and then we are headed out to our cabana at the pool for the day. Our flight leaves around 8 tonight so we are just going to relax until then.

It was a short trip but we got to see a lot of friends and family and we had a great time. Brian said he got his batteries recharged and is ready to start working full-time on his new company tomorrow.
