I have mentioned in a couple of posts that I LOVE iced green tea especially from Starbucks. They uses Tazo filter bags to make their tea. A few weeks ago when I was at Whole Foods, I bought three different kinds of Tazo tea including a decaffeinated lotus green tea. I had it hot a few nights ago and it was really good. Yesterday I got another unsweetened venti iced green tea at Starbucks. When we came home I brewed two bags of my Tazo green tea and poured it over ice. It tasted EXACTLY the same (especially since I poured it into my Starbucks cup). How cool is that? Now I can have my favorite drink, decaffeinated too (for the baby) anytime I want and at a fraction of the cost. I think I paid almost
Brian likes Starbucks black iced tea and I bought black Tazo tea bags from Whole Foods too. Maybe I'll make one for him now. This is what he drinks all day long. Seriously he makes 2 quarts of it every morning :).

Yum, iced tea. I just love Stash's morroccan mint green tea. Hot or cold. Especially iced on a hot summer day. I used to get it at Trader Joe's pretty cheap, but they stopped carrying it, so I have to pay more for it now in the regular market. I'm also a big fan of Mighty Leaf Marrakesh Mint tea. One of the theatre chains serves this tea and I'm such a sucker for the silken cloth bags instead of the old school paper ones.
Of course if you hate mint tea, then avoid these like the plague. Plus that leaves more for me!

Brian HATES mint tea :). Even though I am from the South it wasn't 'till just recently that I have liked mint in my tea.
The lotus blossoms give my green tea a minty taste too.
I'll have to look for your tea now too. Thanks for the tip :).
