When we added Liv's car seat to the mini-van everyone switched places. Jack used to be behind the driver's seat and Tor behind the passenger seat. We put Liv in Tor's old place, moved Tor to Jack's old place and put Jack behind Liv in the back row. It is easier when you are driving to see the baby if she is behind the passenger seat.
Here is Tor chillin' out in his new spot on the way home from Q the other night. He's watching Little Einsteins on the DVD player.

The boys sure know how to hang out. Jack must really feel like big brother sitting in the back seat.

Nothing like the good old days when we were little.Forget about seatbelts, let alone car seats, freedom to go from the front to the back of the car anytime we wanted.

Those kids' car seats are almost like La-Z-Boy recliners! I'd say it's a fair trade off. Beats riding in the back of the Pinto station wagon, huh?

How about the boat, the L.T.D. wagon? That had the fold down down seat way in the back.
