Best $2.14 I ever spent

Friday night on our way home from Jackie and Nanette's cabin we stopped halfway at McDonald's because Liv needed to nurse desperately, or so she thought. She HATES her car seat. She had already cried for an hour non-stop and the thought of her crying for another hour was just too much. McDonald's was the only thing open after 11pm where we stopped.

We got happy meals for the kids and each of them had a toy. I saw the toys first, one was a really cool looking robot transformer and the other was this crappy looking semi-truck transformer. I gave Jack the cool one since he was older. Looks are deceiving though because the robot did nothing but move his propellers, but the semi-truck turned into a huge robot with missile launchers.

The whole ride home until he fell asleep Jack complained about not having Tor's toy. Then all the next morning and afternoon he did too. Ugh. We promised him after our mall trip on Saturday we would go to another McDonald's and see if they had the toy. Turns out the mall had a McDonald's and they had the toy. Life was good for everyone again.
