Last week we went to meet Santa. The boys had a half day on that Thursday because of parent teacher conferences. Livi had just gotten over being sick for 2 weeks and had hives that Tuesday but they went away. When we got there he had taken a break for lunch, so we went to Nordstrom Cafe for lunch too. When we got back there was a relatively short line. However by the time we were the next to meet Santa Livi had developed hives again. Boy you should have heard the screams and the crying when we had to excuse ourselves back through the line to go get Benadryl for Livi. Some of them were from me :).
After we gave Livi some Benadryl and waited for the hives to go away, we went back to see Santa and there was NO line.

This picture makes me said. I lost my job three months ago and doubt we will have a very nice Christmas. In fact, next month my separation package ends I will have to use my limited income to pay for cobra health insurance. I refuse not have insurance with 4 kids. Hopefully I'll find a job soon so we don't have a Tiny Tim Christmas this year.
